1. Service Description
SpeedMedia UK provides IPTV streaming services including live television channels, video on demand (movies and series), and electronic programme guides. Access is delivered via digital credentials (M3U playlist or Xtream Codes API) compatible with third-party player applications.
2. Account & Credentials
Upon purchase, you receive streaming credentials for your selected plan. These credentials are for your personal use only. Sharing credentials with non-authorised users may result in suspension. Each plan supports a specific number of simultaneous connections (1, 2, or 3).
3. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). There are no auto-renewals — you must manually renew before your subscription expires. Upgrades and downgrades are available at any time with prorated adjustments.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the streaming content. The service is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have an active reseller agreement with us. Automated access, scraping, or interference with the service is prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, we will issue a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a refund.
6. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions, but will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
SpeedMedia UK is not responsible for the content of third-party channels or the performance of third-party player applications. Our liability is limited to the value of your active subscription.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
